Ingredients: 1 box of cupcake mix, 20 rainbow colored flat bottom ice cream cones, milk, 1/2 gallon of ice cream, optional toppings such as sprinkles, whipped cream, cherries, sliced fruit
Other items needed: cupcake tray
Pre-Heat the oven for 350
Step 1: Make cupcake batter according to directions but instead of using water in the recipe use milk.
Step 2: Fill each cone 2 inches from the top with the batter.
Step 3: Place one cone in each section of the cupcake tin.
Step 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cupcakes are golden brown.
Step 5: When cupcakes are done let cool for 40 minutes.
Step 6: When you are ready to serve add a scoop of ice cream on top of each cupcake, add toppings and enjoy.
