Kids love making their own pizza. Below is an easy pizza dough recipe.
1 1/2 -2 cups of flour (you can use white flour or whole wheat)
1/2 envelope of dry yeast
1/2 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Optional a little salt
- Mix 1 1/4 cup of flower in a large bowl
- Add yeast
- cup of warm water
- Add vegetable oil
- Beat with mixer for 3 minutes
- Knead dough until smooth, if sticky add the rest of the flour as needed.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
