These mini cheese cake cups are a perfect size for small hands. They are great for holidays, birthday parties or since they are easy to make you can have them anytime.
Ingredients: 16 vanilla wafers (I use Nilla wafers), 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 16 ounces of cream cheese softened and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Other Materials needed: cupcake pan, cupcake wrappers, bowl
Preheat oven for 350 degrees
Step 1: In a bowl cream sugar and cream cheese together
Step 2: Add eggs and vanilla, cream together until smooth
Step 3: Line cupcake trays with cupcake wappers
Step 4: Place 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake wrapper
Step 5: Pour mixture in each cupcake tray covering each wafer and filling 3/4 to the top of the wrapper
Step 6: Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy!
Kids play and create tip:
Want to add a different flavor to your cheesecake cups use Strawberry or Banana extract instead of vanilla for a fruity taste! Want to change the color of your cupcake green for St. Patrick’s Day or Red for Valentine’s Day? Add some food coloring to the mixture. You can also make your favorite Jell-O pour some over the cupcake add fruit than refrigerate or if you like chocolate drizzle some on top works with caramel too! The possibilities are endless.
