Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 cup of coconut, 1/4 cup almonds (or nut of choice), 2 cups of melting chocolate, 12 cupcake wrappers, cupcake tray
Step 1: Fill the cupcake trays with the cupcake wrappers. Cover the bottom of each cupcake wrapper with coconut.
Step 2: Melt chocolate.
Step 3: Pour a thin layer of chocolate over the coconut. Tap the tray on the counter so the chocolate covers evenly.
Step 4: Cut banana into thin slices. Put 2-3 banana slices over the chocolate.
Step 5: Add another thin layer of chocolate over the banana. Tap the tray on the counter so that the chocolate covers evenly.
Step 6: Cut your almonds into thin pieces top over chocolate. The completed dessert should take up about 1/2 of the cupcake wrapper.
Step 7: Put cupcake tray in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until hard. Peel layered dessert from cupcake wrappers, then serve.
