Want to add a different flavor to your cheesecake cups use Strawberry or Banana extract instead of vanilla for a fruity taste! Want to change the color of your cupcake green for St. Patrick’s Day or Red for Valentine’s Day?  Add some food coloring to the mixture. You can also make your favorite Jell-O pour some over the cupcake add fruit than refrigerate or if you like chocolate drizzle some on top works with caramel too!  The possibilities are endless.
